The PRINCE2 Foundation Certification course enables a person to be an informed member of a Project Management team on a project using Prince2. This 3-day course is aimed at Project Managers considering a career in a PRINCE2 environment. It introduces candidates to the PRINCE2 project management methodology.
The second certification is PRINCE2 Practitioner, which enables participants to run and manage a project within an environment supporting PRINCE2. This 2-day course is aimed at Project Managers, Programme Managers, Team Managers and Project Management Consultants. It provides students with practical knowledge of how to manage projects using the PRINCE2 method
